Hello again - I've been busy collecting junk mail - YES "junk mail"! I have a small cupboard with direct mail campaigns, flyers, newspaper articles, newspaper ads that I've had delivered to me or I've noticed.
"Am I crazy?" you ask. Not at all. Over the years, I keep the ones that stand out to me and file them for ideas for future promotions. It's the cheapest way of getting templates and why not follow them up with a phone call to see if the promotion was successful and build your own statistics of ads or strategies that worked.
Whenever I'm in a new town, I grab a copy of their local papers and anything I can get my hands on. It's simple and cheap.
